Standard Operating Procedures Assure Quality and Success

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are a normal course of business at Legacy. An SOP is a set of written step-by-step instructions and photos that document a routine or repetitive activity performed by Legacy for our clients. Whether it is crating and uncrating a machine for a tradeshow, rigging a system or delivering to a venue overseas, the SOP ensures a job is done properly and consistently every time, everywhere.

The development and use of specifically tailored SOPs are an integral part of a successful quality system that Legacy uses for its clients. We ensure the job is done right for you.
