Pre-printed, Color Coded Label System

Pre-printed color coded labels are provided to each exhibitor or exhibit house to label properties prior to each show or event. These coded labels assure a coordinated shipment and delivery of crates, blanket-wrapped booth properties and equipment, as well as efficient set up by the installation team.

Pre-printed labels include registration number and pickup date for tracking. This streamlines and organizes the entire delivery process. Color-coding also provides a quick visual reference for pieces moving to various locations. If a piece is missing due to drayage mishandling, it helps locate the component. For the trade show outbound, pre-printed color coded labels indicate multiple return destinations.
