Legacy's philosophy is a team approach to customer service to help assure service excellence. Each client has a corporate sales representative, an assigned customer service representative or account manager and an assigned backup customer service representative. Each client is provided contact information for all team members. 

These account team leaders direct the efforts of many others to assure your needs are met, including order processing, operations, drivers, etc. They assure all internal and day-to-day processes on behalf of each client meet our service objectives and help assure all team members understand your goals and needs.

Our goal is to help solve your business logistics and related transportation needs; the solution may be a mix of several Legacy offerings, and all team members involved contribute to your optimal solution.
